These 'Terms of Service' are just the simple rules for when you hire us to install security systems or intercoms in your home or business here in Brazil. No fancy lawyer talk, just the basic stuff we all need to know so things go smoothly for everyone. It's about being fair and making sure we're on the same page.
What We Do (Our Services)
We install and set up security systems and intercoms. This includes things like alarms, motion sensors, door/window sensors, outdoor sirens, security cameras, and intercom units. We do this for homes and small businesses in Jaboatão dos Guararapes and nearby areas in Pernambuco. We promise to do the work properly and carefully, like we would for our own family.Getting a Quote and Paying Us
When you ask for a quote, we'll visit your property to understand what you need. We'll give you a clear price in Brazilian Reais (R$). This price covers the equipment and our labor. Sometimes, if you change your mind about what you want after we start, the price might change. We'll always talk to you first if that happens. We'll agree on payment terms before we start the work. Usually, a deposit is needed to buy the equipment, with the rest due upon completion.How Installation Works
Our team will schedule a time that works for you. On the day, please make sure our technicians can easily get to all the areas where work needs to be done. We'll do our best to be quick and clean, but there might be some noise or dust, like with any construction work. We might need access to your electrical outlets for power. After we're done, we'll show you how everything works and answer any questions you have.Our Guarantee (Warranty & Support)
We stand behind our work. All the equipment we install comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of installation. If a part breaks because of a defect within that year, we'll fix or replace it for free. For some of our bigger packages, you might get extra support for a few months. This doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, power surges, or natural events. If you have a problem, just call us, and we'll come take a look.What We Need From You (Your Part)
To help us do a good job, we ask a few things from you. Please provide accurate information about your property and what you need. Make sure someone responsible is home during installation or service visits. Give us a safe working environment. And, of course, make sure payments are made on time as agreed. It helps everything run smoothly for everyone.Changing or Canceling Appointments
Life happens, we get it. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as you can. A call 24 hours beforehand is best. If you cancel a job after we've already bought special equipment for you, we might need to discuss a small charge to cover our costs. We're reasonable, we just ask for open communication.Things We're Not Responsible For
We install security systems to make your property safer, but no system is 100% foolproof against every bad thing that could happen. We're not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries that happen even with our system installed. Our job is to put in reliable equipment and set it up right. Once it's running, it's a tool to help you, not a magic shield against all problems. This also includes things outside our control, like power outages or internet issues affecting smart systems.Rules of Brazil
